A LOVE HATE THING
When they're stuck under one roof, the house may not be big enough for their hate…or their love.
Despite having been shot, Tyson Trice has survived the mean streets of Lindenwood, so nothing can faze him—not even being tossed into the affluent coastal community of Pacific Hills.
Nandy Smith, the golden girl of Pacific Hills, is not pleased when she hears her parents are taking in a troubled teen boy. Nandy suddenly fears her summer plans, as well as her reputation, will go up in flames.
The wall between Trice and Nandy’s bedrooms feels as thin as the line between love and hate. Through time, Trice brings Nandy out of her shell, and Nandy attempts to melt the ice that's taken over Trice's heart. Only, with the ever-present pull back to the Lindenwood streets, it’ll be a wonder if Trice makes it through this summer at all.
He’s never met a rule he didn’t break. She’s followed the rules her whole life. When they meet one golden rule is established: stay away…
THE RIGHT SIDE OF RECKLESS
They were supposed to ignore each other and respect that fine line between them…
Guillermo Lozano is getting a fresh start. New town, new school, and no more reckless behavior. He’s done his time, and now he needs to right his wrongs. But when his work at the local community center throws him in the path of the one girl who is off limits, friendship sparks…and maybe more.
Regan London needs a fresh perspective. The pressure to stay in her “perfect” relationship and be the good girl all the time has worn her down. But when the walls start to cave in and she finds unexpected understanding from the boy her parents warned her about, she can’t stay away.
The disapproval is instant. Being together might just get Guillermo sent away. But when it comes to the heart, sometimes you have to break the rules and be a little bit reckless…
THE GILDED
Scandal tore them apart, circumstance brought them back together, but only hope can redeem them.
She was the girl from the wrong side of town, and he was the boy destined to take the throne. But when they were younger, that didn’t matter. Once, Marlon King and Maia Lawson were inseparable—until one fleeting moment ruined everything and proved maybe they don’t belong in the same world. She was forced to leave town and he was left picking up the pieces.
Now almost five years later, Maia is back home. But she isn’t welcome.
At the prestigious Remington South Prep, Marlon is king—devastatingly handsome, heir to a major conglomerate, a football god, and smart—there’s no wonder he’s the envy of his peers. But beware. Marlon is a rich boy with an attitude. Cross him and it’s the guillotine.
When a brutal blast from his past arrives at Remington South, the very reason for his cruel core, the claws come out and Marlon will stop at nothing to even the score.
What starts off as bitter resentment and a need to send Maia back to wherever she disappeared to, turns into something more as neither can deny their mutual attraction. Only, before they can rekindle any simmering flames, fate steps in, threatening to tear them apart once and for all.
PLAYIN’ HARD
If there’s one thing Cree Jacobs can’t stand about Moorehead High, it’s definitely the Ballers Club—an exclusive clique of boys who dominate the school’s sports teams. The boys are arrogant, flashy, and just way too overrated for Cree’s taste.
Don’t tell that to DeAndre Parker, the unofficial leader of the group. Laidback, good looking, a prodigy on the court, and the son of a retired NBA champion, DA knows his potential and that almost everyone at Moorehead would do anything to get close to him—except for Cree Jacobs.
Typically these two would never cross paths or acknowledge each other, but one heated debate with Cree in class sets DeAndre off, igniting a need within him: no one can resist the Club. Determined to get Cree under his spell, DeAndre begins trying to change her opinion of him as the two strike a friendship that sparks into something more.
A teen relocating in the aftermath of her father’s overdose finds herself wrapped up in the disappearance of a missing girl, and possibly falling for the number one suspect: the boyfriend

HOLD YOU DOWN
What are you shooting for?
For Cameron Marx it’s a future. With his single-mother barely making ends meet, basketball is his only shot. There’s just one small problem: he goes to Westlake High, the second-best school in the state as far as basketball goes. To be the best, you have to beat continual state champions Bristol High. Westlake and Bristol are known rivals on both the basketball court and throughout the city of Akron. Tension is always at a high when it comes to the beating Bristol’s basketball team annually gives to Westlake at the state championship.
All comes to a head when the superintendent decides to tear down old Bristol High and ship most of its students to Westlake.
Monica Matthews is no stranger to the beef between the two schools and quickly pledges lasting loyalty to Bristol once she transfers to Westlake. In fact, she’d sooner drop out than step foot at Westlake. Being the head basketball coach’s daughter and the star player’s good friend, changing schools is a fate worse than death. It makes her a big target.
When Monica and Cameron meet sparks are the last thing that fly. To Monica, Cameron’s just the cocky prick on the sorry basketball team. To Cameron, Monica’s just the angry girl who needs to chill out. With allegiance for their two schools, nothing could bring these two close together—except maybe the good of the game.
